We haven’t had any issues at all. From staff, billing, setting appointments, cleanliness of the office, how we felt or equipment – everything has been perfect. Provided us with a cute starter gift set, biscotti cookies, tea cup, chip clip, pen….the environment is very friendly. The Rewards Card system is excellent not just for the patient, but the patient’s family as well!! It’s definitely a facility you want to check out for your children!
This is so far the greatest orthodontic place that I have been to yet – they are very intelligent and they treat you well. They also have a great sense of humor!
Amazing staff and customer service! My daughter had a minor emergency with her braces over the weekend and Dr. Marcey and Dr. Maria were so helpful and caring and more than happy to help us out on a Sunday night! Highly recommend!
They are all wonderful!! Katie at the front desk is fantastic and always full of smiles and just wonderful. All the staff are so wonderful with my kiddos they just make them feel so comfortable. Both doctors are amazing, very good at their jobs – also very good with the kids. I am so glad we picked this orthodontist.
Bayli is almost done with her braces, and says she will be sad to see them go. The staff creates a warm and friendly environment that she never minds going to. We chose them because once upon a time…..MANY years ago, it is the same place that did my orthodontic work
We have had excellent service at our orthodontist. Appointments are always on time. The doctors and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Neither of my kids have complained of not wanting to go for an appointment, which is something I remember doing as a braces wearer (many years ago).

Friendly staff, excellent care!!! If you are in need of orthodontic care, this is the place to go!!! The staff all know exactly what to do. they work together well. They are so friendly and help my son feel welcome and comfortable. Their care for their patients truly shines through. They have a really cool incentive program to encourage kids to take good care of their teeth. They can earn points for good grades, community service, brushing good, etc. So glad we found them ♡

My daughter is a little rough on her braces and needs them fixed frequently. The office is always quick to get us in or walk us through fixing them. They were extra helpful when she knocked her front tooth out two summers ago. Always friendly and on top of the covid controls.
